Today, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Baha Mar, this event honoured the dedication and excellence of public servants. Officer Francis, recognised for his commitment and bravery, has been an invaluable member of our team since 2005. His exemplary contributions to leadership and crisis response, particularly during Hurricane Dorian, highlight his unwavering service to our nation.
